Our story & ethos
Pip Emmott is the lifeblood of PapillonNoir (and the party). Our business is the culmination of Pip’s wealth of knowledge, experience, expertise and little black book of contacts she’s gathered from creating spectacular events across Europe.
Our founder, Pip Emmott, has previously brought a tropical paradise to Regents Park, hosted themed parties at the globally renowned Mayfair club, Mahiki, produced global product launches and corporate conferences, and organised more than a few exclusive music events in the snow-capped mountains of Meribel. If you’re looking for ‘unique, immersive and experiential’, you’ve come to the right people.

Whether it’s a twelve course feast for a chosen few, a global superstar DJ and dazzling fireworks display to end the party of all parties, or an intimate boho wedding in one of the most exclusive venues in Europe, we understand that it’s what people don’t see that makes all the difference.

How we work
The journey to your perfect event starts with you.
We start by getting to know you, listening to what you want to achieve and how you want your guests to feel. We get inspiration and energy from your personality and ideas, then we’ll step back, take stock and get to work.
We’ll develop a concept, flesh out the details and share our ideas with you, involving you throughout the process so you know exactly what’s happening, honing the event to perfection. Then we’ll dig deep into our extensive contact list of suppliers to find the right people for your event and work tirelessly until every last detail is signed-off and confirmed.
And when the big day (or night) comes along? We’ll be there from the break of dawn always on hand to ensure everything runs seamlessly, until after the last delighted guests are safely on their way home.
